As a still relatively new betting site in India, we did make sure to take a closer look at BetIndi in terms of trustworthiness. They hold a valid Curacao license through the operator New Era B.V.
 

When we checked BetIndi for you, we didn’t find much that we considered unusual. Most of the terms and conditions are quite standard, especially for a new betting site. We didn’t particularly like the daily limit on winnings of no more than €100,000, however. Whilst such wins are rare indeed, it is still a bummer to see such a limit. That said, smaller betting sites such as this one, also have a smaller revenue available to pay out in case of big winnings. We just want you to be aware of this.
 

Beyond that, we couldn’t find many complaints about BetIndi. Similarly, there also aren’t many positive reviews from customers just yet. And both sides seem to balance each other out. What we do appreciate is that BetIndi takes the time to respond to positive and negative feedback, so that’s always good to see.
 

In the meantime, we will keep an eye on them to see how things continue as the sites gains more traction in India.
 

CRICKET BETTING AND OTHER SPORTS

As mentioned above, BetIndi offers about 25 sports for you to bet on. Right at the top of the list we find cricket betting, which is really where it should be when you aim a betting site at customers from India!
 

All the big leagues were available for betting and offered a range of markets to choose from. Smaller leagues were not available at the time of our review, but we hope they will be in the future.

 

A few simulated reality leagues were also available for betting. Obviously, there are other leagues currently going on in the world, but we couldn’t find odds for them on BetIndi. Since they are still quite new, our hope is that they will cover more events in the future.
 

Overall, cricket betting is solid with reasonable odds for anyone who is chiefly interested in betting on the big events.
 

If you are interested in more than cricket betting, BetIndi has you covered. We were delighted to see several kabaddi events for betting, which included the Pro Kabaddi League, Major Kabaddi League and the India Yuva Series. As such, BetIndi is definitely a great site for kabaddi betting as well.
 

Another type of betting not every bookmaker offers is horse racing betting. BetIndi does, however, which is great for horse racing fans. We couldn’t find any horse racing betting for events in India, but that doesn’t mean they might not be available when events are about to kick off.

Overall, BetIndi offers a solid sportsbook with plenty of popular sports to bet on, solid markets and competitive odds.
 

Their live betting is also quite decent and offers plenty of action for cricket betting, kabaddi, football and many other sports. Keep in mind that they do not offer live streaming and no live animations to follow the action either.
 

GAMES AND MORE

At BetIndi, you will find a solid casino, live casino games, TV games, video poker, some jackpot games and so-called casual games. The library is definitely worthwhile and for once not so massive that you won’t be able to try many of these games.
 

We will admit, slot libraries with games from dozens of providers are not always our favourites. We prefer quality of quantity and that’s what you get at BetIndi.
 

Providers include NetEnt, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, eZugi, Pragmatic Play, Thunderkick, iSoftBet and Tom Horn, Play’n GO, Quickspin, ELK Studios and quite a few others that we love. We counted just over 50 providers, which makes for an excellent offering.

BANKING OPTIONS

This required a bit more research for us to give you an idea of which banking options are available at BetIndi as the site does not have a separate banking page and the FAQs also not provide any answers on this topic.

 

As such, most of the favourite and most convenient banking options in India are available at BetIndi, which is great. The minimum deposit is INR 500, no matter the method you are choosing. The minimum withdrawal amount is INR 1,000.
 

Deposits must be wagered 3x before a withdrawal is possible. The weekly maximum withdrawal amount is €5,000 (or the currency equivalent). And multiple withdrawals within a 30-day period may incur fees of up to 8% of the withdrawal amount. So, keep that in mind.
 

It’s also important to note that cumulative withdrawals of €2,000 or more (or currency equivalent) will automatically trigger the KYC process, meaning you need to have your ID verified. We generally recommend that you get this done before making your first withdrawal request as it saves time down the line.
 

SUPPORT

The customer support at BetIndi is available around the clock via live chat and email. The team is friendly, engaging and certainly tries to be helpful. They have to be as there is only a limited FAQ section available, which means you almost certainly will have to contact the customer service team sooner or later.

Overall, we have no complaints about the support team, but would appreciate a comprehensive FAQ section, which also covers deposits and withdrawals.
 

SOFTWARE

BetIndi comes in a relatively classic design without looking dated. But they aren’t super modern either. We appreciate the no-fuss approach, avoiding unnecessary gimmicks or flashy design choices.
 

The site is functional, though the sportsbook can feel cluttered. It is quite easy to navigate, however, and we had no difficulties to find our way around at all. We really appreciated how quickly the pages loaded and found no lag at all here.
 

The casino design is also modern and easy to navigate with useful filter options.

We will say, though, that we preferred the mobile page, which looks a lot less cluttered and offers a great betting experience, easy navigation and full functionality.
 

BetIndi also offers an Android app that you can download directly from their homepage. There is currently no iOS app available, however. But you can easily access the mobile page on your iOS device via your browser.
