With a solid welcome offer, plenty of deposit options and wide selection of cricket betting options, we like the offer at MostBet. They are new in town, but definitely something a bit different, which at the same time ticks most of the boxes we need for a great betting site.
MostBet holds only a Curacao license as a gambling license. Whilst this mean that they can offer their gambling products to customers from around the world, it’s also a license that inspires little confidence. If ever you do have a problem with MostBet, don’t expect the Curacao gambling jurisdiction to intervene on your behalf.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any reviews about MostBet from other reputable sites. Instead, we found a few reviews cautioning against MostBet and some customer complaints as well.
Considering that MostBet has been around for over a decade, the number of complaints is relatively small, however. But we sure would like to see more reviews from other sites.
Our main problem is the lack of European licenses, however. And whilst MostBet promises to be trustworthy on their website, they also don’t seem to be affiliated with any third-party services who monitor safe or secure gambling or fairness in the industry. Indeed, there is no separate link on the homepage guiding us towards a site educating us about responsible gaming either.
Whilst we don’t have clear evidence that MostBet is not trustworthy, we are also not exactly confident that they are.
Sports betting may not be back to what it used to be before the Coronavirus crisis, but many sports and leagues have returned now and there is plenty of sports betting available at MostBet. This includes cricket betting, of course.
When you visit MostBet, you will automatically land in the sportsbook, where you simply scroll down the menu on the left-hand side that lists all available sports and specials for you to bet on.
Clearly, betting on the big international events at MostBet won’t be an issue. They probably won’t offer odds on smaller local events, but you will find plenty of betting options for events that have a worldwide following.
Other sports are better covered, which also includes soccer, tennis, basketball or ice hockey. Some of it is due to the fact that more or less regular games are continuing in these sports, but they also have a larger international following.
Plenty of other sports are available to bet on at MostBet beyond that. You will also be able to place in-play bets on most events.
A particular focus is also on Esports at MostBet and even Virtual Sports have their own section for you to peruse.
MostBet is first and foremost a bookmaker, but you shouldn’t underestimate their casino offering. The operator works with over 60 game providers, including NetEnt, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil Gaming, Thunderkick, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Pragmatic Play and many others.
As such, you’ll be able to play hundreds of the best slots and table games around. Slots, roulette, card games and lotteries are all sorted into their own sections. There’s also a section for tournament, which is handy to have.
Alas, most of the biggest jackpots in the industry are not featured here. You won’t find the big jackpot slots from NetEnt, Microgaming or Yggdrasil Gaming. We were only able to find The Glam Life and The Mega Glam life among those progressive jackpots that hold any value at all.
Beyond the casino offering, MostBet also hosts are Live Casino, which is primarily powered by Evolution Gaming, though games from Ezugi are also available here.
You will find a comprehensive selection of roulette, blackjack, baccarat, casino poker and other live casino games here.
A poker client is not available at MostBet.
MostBet offers a welcome bonus for new players that is essentially the same whether you play at the casino or place sports bets. The difference is in the playthrough requirements, but more on that below.
New customers at MostBet can claim up to 25,000 INR by making a minimum first deposit of 1,000 INR. They’ll receive a 100% or even a 125% match bonus as long as the minimum deposit requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, players get 250 free spins on the slot Ultra Fresh, which are made available in instalments of 50 free spins across five days.
Now, if you want to be able to withdraw the bonus funds and winnings from it, you have to option to meet the playthrough requirements. You either have to wager the bonus funds 5x on accumulator bets and odds of at least 1.40 within 30 days. Or you can wager the bonus funds on casino games, live casino games or virtual games a total of 60x within 7 days to meet the requirements. Be aware that not all games are eligible to be used with bonus funds.
Unfortunately, MostBet doesn’t supply a separate banking page. We can say that deposits and withdrawals are possible through Visa and MasterCard, WebMoney, Qiwi, ecoPayz, Bitcoin and other options. Given that MostBet operates in many countries around the world, they also have many deposit and withdrawal options available.
However, any details as to transaction times, minimum or maximum deposits and withdrawals and other information are not readily available. You will either need to visit the cashier (which you can only do after you’ve opened an account) or you ask customer service.
It’s also unclear whether there are maximum daily, weekly or monthly withdrawals at MostBet.
For all your questions and problems, you will need to contact customer service. They provide a live chat, which tells you whether someone is online or not (since the customer service is supposedly available 24/7, someone should always be there). Additionally, there’s a support email address and a separate ID email address, where you can send all required documents for the KYC process.
A feedback form can also be found on the website.
As already mentioned, there is no dedicated FAQ or help section, though you can find some important information in “The Rules” section and many terms and conditions are explained in various places around the website.
Whilst the customer service team appears to engage with players in various forums, they are also somewhat tone deaf when it comes to reacting to negative feedback or complaints.
